Now, why is it my fault, as you said in the last paragraph? 

I do admit I am just as bad as you. I may never forget the time that some friends suggested we get a pre-made pie crust... I responded with a vehement &quot;Food Philistines!&quot; I do suspect I eat better - both in taste and health - than many of my similarly-aged grad school peers. I have to take the time to make good food because I won&#039;t eat bad food.

And remember, if the cheese is real cheese, of course it&#039;s healthy!</description>
